Terence Conran is one of the world's leading designers, retaliers and restaurateurs.in his prolific career he has worked on projects as varied as the interior of Gatwick Airport's North Termianl,the design of the first myar Quant shop,the 1951 Festival of Britain and the Discovery Range Rover.As the founder of habitat,he brought good,affordable,modern design to general public and transformed the way our homes look.
in 1989,terence Conran opened the Design Museum at Butler's wharf in London ,the first museum in Europe to be devoted exclusively to thd history and role of design.In addition to a permanent collection,it plays host to two exhibition a year.
